Truth: It doesn’t seem like it’s fair to take up everything on your shoulders. God’s on your side remember?

You know what happened. God sent His only begotten Son to die on the cross for us, the ones who got ourselves into a mess. US. The sinners, the unclean, the ones who deserved that condemnation. But that’s not what He had planned. He's righteous so He didn't give us the quickest route. He has conditions. But, He still gave us a miraculous chance. And Praise Him for being awesome! And about the body being yours? If you said yes, it does belong to you, you're wrong. Nothing belongs to you. God paid for it, so it should be rightly His. What’s more is that it should be used for His purpose, not yours.
It’s alarming how more and more people seem to take the fact that God’s on their side so lightly. Sometimes, it seems that they don’t even remember how much He cares and how much He doesn’t want to see us in pain. So why is it that we don’t give up our reliance on ourselves and ask for Him? Why is it so hard to remember Him in times when we need His guiding hand the most? Why do we insist on doing things our way when our way has never worked before? Because we’re selfish? Silly? Crazy? Prideful? Probably all of the above.
